Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you request access, use our platform, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, company name, and details about your codebase and repositories that you authorize RICERY to analyze.
We also collect usage data automatically when you interact with RICERY — including log data, device information, and the outputs of adversarial runs performed on your codebase.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. This includes running adversarial agents against your codebase, generating case file reports, and delivering break notifications to your connected tools (GitHub, Linear, Slack, etc.).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your codebase or the results of your runs to train models without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Case file reports, break replays, and run logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@ricery.ai.
We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.
Data sharing
We share your data with third-party service providers only as necessary to provide our services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and audit logging. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We work continuously to improve our security posture and will notify you promptly in the event of a breach.
Your rights

EU and UK residents may have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
